Final stage of editing

Another major problem occurred most of our work got deleted again but this time our footage was on there it just had to be put in order and edited from where we were before.


We are now reaching the end of completing our music video. At this stage we know which footage goes where in our song and the timeline is mostly complete and we have all of our shots and cuts in the right place.
So far we have used the blur effect, lens flare,glow effect and we have experimented with the contrast and brightness of the clip I did allot of editing today using different effects like the black and white tone with cross dissolves. I changed the speed of some clips making them faster for example the shot where the room gets all dark. From 2 hours to 6 seconds. When changing speed it came out to be really affective. I also used a sepia tone of orange in a butterfly shot so it goes with the genre of a sunset. Being an angel i used the blur tool in some parts to portray the angel as mysterious.I also used to split screens this was by cropping the image and changing the position of it with image and wire frame. I mainly used a black and white tone with some shots dissolving to the room colour to show the mood of the song becuase it is serious and gives a gloomy affect. I also used alot of crossdissolves as they were really affective with many shots and gav it a slow tone. I also changed speeds with many shots makeing them slower or faster to make it seem more professional.
Finally i finished all the editing an am very proud with the final outcome.
