Results of questionaire

A total of 20 people took this questionaire. These are the results.

To be get a fair response i asked an equal amount of females and males to fill in this questionaire.


2) How old are you?...............

The majority of the audience who filled in the questionaire were age 17. And the least being 19.

4) What type of music video do you like?

The majority of the audience liked r'n'b. There wwere no people who likedthe genre jazz.

The poular choice of the type of music were happy,sad,dance and romance with sci-fi being the least favourite for people.

5) Which gender would you rather prefer in a music video?

When the audience was asked which gender should be seen in a music video the majority voted for both genders to be seen in a music video. If looking at an individul gender the audience would rather see a male character in a video rather than a female.

6) Which would you rather prefer a solo artist or a band?

The audience would rather see a solo artist perform in a music video rather than a band.

7) Do you like stereotypes in a music video?

The audience likes to see stereotypes in a video.



8) Do you watch any music channels?

When asked if they watch music channels a hundred perecnt of the interviewed audience watch music channels showing the influence and importance of music in peoples life.



9) If so, which ones?

The popular choices of music channels were MTV and kiss. The least popular music channels were TMF and 4 music.



11)Do you like music videos with an easy story line to follow or not?

Mainly most of the audience asked liked to have an easy storyline to follow.





Would you rather prefer the music video to be black and white or colour?

Most of our audience asked would ather prefer a music video to be in colour rather than black and white.

13) If you liked an album would you purchase it?

We discovered that 90%(18 people) of our audience asked dowloaded songs from onlne rather than buying the album instore simply becuase it is easy,less timeconsuming and free. The rest 10%(2 people) would rather be on the safe side and go to the shops to get the albums they want. They commented "We would rather prefer quality and not take up the risk of dowloading and recieving viruses."

14.) When audience was asked about there favourite songs popular choices included Flo Rida "low" and Dizzie Rasscal " Bonkers".
